Additional Content Areas
I just revised an old mod that adds 3 additional content areas, much like using the Site Message include, anywhere in your template that you might want to add additional content areas that you can edit via your admin.
This can be especially useful for being able to edit pieces of content *outside* the normal content area of pages/product – like an area in your header, or sidebar or footer.
